Promo Period: June 1 - 30, 2010

To get the free items, customers may claim through the following:  

1. Acer Philippines Head Office at 34/F PBCom Tower, Ayala Avenue corner Rufino St.,     from Monday to Friday (except holidays), 9-11am and 1:30-5pm
  
2. Acer Service Center at 1651 Paz M. Guazon St., Paco, Manila (in front of     Robinsons Otis) from Monday to Saturday (except holidays), 9-11am and 1:30-5pm
  
3. Fax or email the following documents to Acer Philippines, Inc.
   (applicable for PROVINCIAL PURCHASES ONLY) to include:
       
   1. Name    
   2. Complete Mailing Address    
   3. Contact Number (Mobile and/or Landline)

       An appointed and duly authorized Acer claims representative will call or text
       the customer for the scheduled pick-up date to get their free item, if sending
       via courier is not preferred;

  
• Upon claiming, customers are required to present the following documents:
      
  1. proof of purchase – Original receipt/sales invoice issued within the promo period;    
  2. valid identification card – company ID, SSS ID, Driver’s License, passport, etc.   
  3. cut-out notebook serial number sticker located at the right side portion of the box   
  
• If claiming through an appointed representative, a duly signed authorization letter and valid ID of the representative on top of the regular claim requirements are needed to claim the item on his/her behalf;
  
• For claims made via fax and/or email, Acer will send the free items via courier;
  
• For provincial areas, customers may claim the free item at the reseller store where they purchased their Acer product; Reseller will send to Acer copies of the required documents needed to claim the free item; Allow a minimum of seven (7) working days upon receipt of submitted documents by Acer Philippines, Inc. for freight and delivery lead time;
  
• Redemption period is strictly until 60 days from end of promo period.
  
• Acer Philippines, Inc. will not honor claims purchases made after the promo period.
  Unclaimed Item shall be forfeited in favor of Acer Philippines Inc. with prior DTI approval
